The Journey
The Journey is all about confronting the old narratives, traumas and patterns that keep us anchored in our own identity no matter what we do. Remember, change is impossible without clearing the old identity anchors from our past. The Journey releases these old stories through a combination of fasting, walking, advanced journaling, exposure therapy, meditation, lecture and optimal micro-dosing with psilocybin or the psychoactive plant kanna.
